Established in 2015, Grafton Land & Property is a specialist development company that acquires land with potential for care use. Working closely with a number of leading care home and assisted living operators, we design and secure planning approval for elderly care residential and nursing facilities, releasing potential value for land owners, whilst taking the risk out of the development process for operators.
